This interactive program guides the user, step-by-step, through the RV damage estimating process and prints a detailed, customized estimate of repairs that include the material cost and associated labor times.

RV Education Program

Since the early 1990s, Duncan has offered RV Education courses to industry professionals who often know little about RVs. As a part of that course, the professionals learn how RVs, motorhomes, fifth-wheels and travel trailers are made and the best ways to repair the units so they can knowledgeably review estimates and file RV claims.

We currently offer RV Education courses in Elkhart, Indiana, the RV Capital of the World, which ensures a challenging, hands-on experience.
